Thomas Speno is the President and founder of PREFERRED since 1980. Thomas has over 40 years’ experience in the ownership of various commercial real estate assets in South Florida and across the country. Over the past 20 years Thomas has acquired and developed over all major asset classes in commercial real estate assets.
Richard D. Speno
Vice President
Richie Speno joined PREFERRED in 2004 and is involved with acquisitions, development, property management, transactional sales, and leasing. Richie has worked in residential and commercial construction managing complex development projects across asset classes. Richie graduated with an Economics degree from Auburn University.
Tom Speno Jr., MBA
Director
Tom Speno Jr. joined PREFERRED in 2014 after successfully completing his MBA at the University of Miami. Tom’s experience within the real estate industry includes private equity investment, commercial brokerage, development, and corporate real estate. Prior to joining PREFERRED Tom worked for Banyan Street Capital, CNL, CBRE, and Publix Super Markets Corporate Real Estate. Tom completed his bachelor’s degree with honors at Florida State University.
